Bought a ring here and had fast and friendly service.

I recently contacted Miller's jewelry and purchased a Yogo Gulch sapphire ring through the mail. I have been buying Yogo sapphires for a bit over 25 years. Although I wish they had more of their inventory on their web site, following a couple of telephone calls and many emailed photos, I found something my wife is very happy with. My shopping-from-a-distance experience was very good. The people I worked with were patient, helpful, and detail-oriented. I will have no qualms calling them again in the future. Everything was as promised - on time, gift wrapped, beautiful; and there were no hidden or unexpected charges. I hope to be able visit, meet and thank the people that helped me in person some day.

I recently shopped for an engagement ring, and visited every jeweler in downtown Bozeman. I was only treated WELL at one store. This was not it.But, it wasn't my worst experience, either. I was simply ignored. Despite being in the store about 10 minutes, and there being 3 people around, none of them who were helping customers, I found this rather insulting.
