this diet oprogram is the best I have ever tried ! I don't have a lot of patience with most programs as I want to wake up thinner ! But this program gives results at amazing rate. I lost 66 pounds at a very quick rate. And when I was done, they showed me how to keep it off. The weekly weigh-ins helped me stay on the program and thats why I think it succeeded. The encouragement I got from the staff was unbelievable and was an important factor in my continuing.

I highly reccommend this to anyone that is serious about making a positive change in their life !
