Leon inspected our home. Afterwards, We found a suspicious spot on the wall in closet and asked him to come back. He didn't check the moisture of the drywall and just sprayed home stuff on the spot and said all was ok. We closed on house, moved in and with first rainstorm the closet smelled moldy. I punched a hole in the wall and the entire backside was soaking wet. We had 4 roof leafs! Also, he never checked the generator. We had a guy come out and he said there was a huge hole in the side and when he started it, it starting smoking. He said it was a fire hazard. Leon completely missed this too. He failed to tell us that all 6 of the pool pumps were broken, the automatic gate in the front was broken. This guy missed so much big and important stuff. Stay away!

Leon Siegel, the home inspector lacks basic professionalism. We got our home inspected by Leon and team. They were not ready to answer to our questions. Stay away from this company.
