I bought a dress from this store for an event and unfortunately the event theme changed so I brought the dress back and literally spent 1.5 hours in the store trying on different items no luck. Then when I was out of options the "manager" it's a female, said they don't give refunds just store credit.. wow okay cool! I asked for the owner's name and she is unavailable and cannot be reached. So I took my store credit and left, I noticed the owner's name was not listed on the receipt so I doubled back and now a male is in there, he is originally the one who sold me my dress. He was rude and very short. He lied to me and told me that he is the owner! He told me that he didn't have to give me a store credit because it was past 7 days. I asked where it states it and he became very rude again and I told him I want it in writing!! Long story short I now have over $70 in store credit that I am forced to spend. Very rude and poor Customer Service, please avoid if can!
