TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in for a routine sizing and soldering of my wedding ring. They did not do it right and I had to call the corporate customer service hotline. The Customer Service Representative called the store and spoke to the manager at the store (Christina Major), who lied to the Customer Service Rep about what she told me in the store, in order to make her case. I ended up with a wedding ring that I can't even wear and I am not about to give them my business to make it fit correctly. Unforgiveable! Do not trust the women in the store, they have no integrity. I would never trust them with my precious jewels or heirlooms.
