I own several properties throughout the state. I originally hired Mr. Nelson to work on my primary residence but ended up calling him back for work on my rental units. He was fast yet thorough and when I had an issue with one of my units he made a return courtesy call to resolve the matter. I would recommend him to anyone.

Owner Giovanni "Gio" Nelson is unlicensed in HVAC & already has several complaints pending with the FL DBPR for unlicensed activity. Nelson charged me $150 for a leak détection he did not perform, as confirmed by a licensed HVAC Tech. Theft & Fraud charges will be filed against him criminally once the Covid crisis passes. Do not use this untrained, unlicensed thief!
