Terrible customer service! I went into the store to purchase a jersey and this older man with a mustache around 50 years old was being rude and obnoxious. I'm going to lids locker room to buy my jersey now.

My 14-year-old daughter and her friend were followed through Globall Sports by a 50-something salesperson who pressured her throughout the store and tried to convince her to buy jerseys of former players. When she found a shirt she liked and commented that it was too much, he offered to give her 35% off. After she paid, she realized that he had given her less than 15% off and she went back for a refund. They do not offer refunds, so he refused. While they have every right to not allow refunds and it is posted, I will not return since they harass and take advantage of naïve 14-year-old girls. When my husband returned with her to attempt to make it right, the salesperson refused and was rude. I'll gladly make the drive out to Wellington Green and go to Lids Locker Room, with better selection and MUCH better customer service.
