I asked for a puppy cut in my puppy and she cut him like a pincher. My puppy is a shih Tzu and they should have some length of hair. When I showed my husband he said the the dog looked naked. Obviously doesn't know what a puppy cut was. I can't wait till my dogs hair grows.

as a busy professional, it's difficult finding the time to make appts. i contacted diane on monday inquiring about her availability for friday and stated i had to leave my house no later than 3:30. she made the appt. for friday @ 2:00 and confirmed on thursday evening. when i didn't hear from her by 2:10 on friday, I CONTACTED her to see if she was ok, only to be told she was running an hr. behind. since i had to leave, i reminded her that wouldn't work. i received this text a few hours later "i'm sorry things didn't work out. even if i would have got there at 2 i doubt i would have been finished by 3:30" thanks for the delayed apology and what?! WHY schedule the appt to begin with when i could've made one elsewhere?! i was very clear about needing to leave at 3:30?! throughout my entire life this is the only review i've ever written, but because she was so terribly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time, i don't want anyone else wasting theirs. i HAD to go elsewhere and you should too.

Dianne does a fantastic job and I can see how much she cares about my dog! I highly recommend this groomer!
