I wouldn't even award 1 star. The guys who run the business (Scott, Hunter and Billy) are very unprofessional and have ruined my $10,000 sofa. They came to "clean" it and left it a complete streaky, bleached and blotchy, dirty (dirty water rings everywhere) mess and it has been more than a month and they keep making excuses to why they cannot show up to their appointments. Their excuses have been that the owner was an alcoholic and drove the company into the ground and they are trying to keep up, and they arrive outside their appt windows - once before the time we scheduled and now they say they cannot trust I will be home to meet for our appts based on their timing!? So each time we have scheduled an appointment for them to come and fix the couch, they call me 1.5hrs before the appt time (and I have told them I have meetings and cannot be available before my appt times) - because they call once and cannot reach me, they do not show up. I have pics below.
