These guys suck! The driver backed into my well and destroyed the wall. Then they dumped oil all over my driveway. When they came out to inspect they gave me nothing but excuses and did nothing to fix the problem. Now they stopped picking up my trash because I complained.

Not sure why there commercial says if you don't like us dump us, because I can't imagine many like them. Not if you do service all over town like they do for my business. They are terrible. Don't come on the scheduled days and garbage will be overflowing. You call them and they act like they will get right there, only never to be seen. Don't worry about asking for a credit for the days they missed you though, that is not going to happen. Customer service is terrible and seem to be just rude people in general. We will be shopping around and hope to dump you!

They are always late to pick up our trash sometimes by an entire day! They are suppose to pick up on Thursdays, Friday on the weeks with a holiday, but this last week they picked it up the following Tuesday. Then when asked if they were going to reemburse us for the week they didn't pick up our trash they told me no because they picked it up "eventually!" Not once did they say that they were sorry for the incovience or try to make it right! So if you want to "eventually" get your trash picked up, they are the perfect trash company for you.

My trash never gets picked up anymore lately and all I hear are excuses and empty promises. I set it out every Monday and end up having to call Tuesday and then all week because no one comes to get it!! I'm done with them!!!!!!

I'm looking for another service provider scheduled pick ups can vary by days with no noticeHave watched driver going through our trash the way they dump the cans any liquid or residue from the drivers gloves gets all over the handles they are working for me and I'm Dumping them

RR has the best roll off service and driver, i have been in construction for 20+ years and they have the fastest turn around and the driver does a good job comunicating with us on site.

SINCE RED RIVER HAS GONE TO A TOP LOADING TRUCK, SOME IN THIS AREA HAVE CHANGED TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE. WITH THE TOP LOADING TRUCK, ON A WINDY DAY WE HAVE TRASH SCATTERED UP AND DOWN THE STREET.THE DRIVERS ALSO LEAVE THE CANS IN THE STREET CLOSE TO THE MAIL BOX SO THE PERSON DELIVERING THE MAIL HAS TO GET OUT OF THEIR VEHICLE TO PUT MAIL IN THE BOX. NOT MUCH FUN WHEN THE WIND CHILL IS BELOW ZERO!!!!

These folks are early birds, real early. A recent schedule change, which we were not informed of, means our trash must be out by 5:30 am or we get missed. Putting the trash out the night before isn't a good option as passing raccoons, mountain lions, and teenagers seem to like to make a mess of it by morning. While someone must be the first customers on the route, this doesn't work for us.
