I have used Guarantee Carpet Cleaning on numerous occasions. As a contractor, they have done a lot of final cleanings, carpet cleanings, and power washing projects for my clients. I had one client that did not like anyone. This particular client called me to thank me for sending Crystal's crew to her. She hired Crystal's crew for the entire house when I hired them just to do a few select areas. I have yet to hear a complaint from the services. Guarantee Carpet Cleaning will continue to get my business!

The business I work for specializes in insurance restoration. With the line of work we are in we receive many calls where carpet has been damaged due to water or smoke. We have called this company out to numerous jobs and are extremely satisfied with the service they provide every time. The staff is professional, courteous, dependable and have left our customers very happy, which in return makes us happy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company who does a superb job not only carpet, but cleaning of commercial tile flooring as well. BEAUTIFUL work!

On two occasions our daughter spilled cranberry Sierra Mist and grape pop on our white carpet. I grabbed the spot remover I have from Guarantee Carpet Cleaning and quickly put it on the saucer size spot. I used a white towel to blot it up and you could see the towel turning pink/purple as it removed the pop from the carpet. I highly recommend having your spot remover on hand for those times in between having them out to clean your carpet!

I had Guarantee Carpet Cleaning clean 3 rooms and hallway. They were fast and courteous and did a great job. I would recommended them to do your carpet cleaning.

Guarantee Carpet Cleaning did our living room and worked exceptionally hard on a tough RED stain! It's no longer visible! They were easy to work with and professional, down to earth people. Great job by a great company!

I own a restaurant and was referred to Guarantee because I have lots of messy guests and needed help. They scheduled ahead to measure and discuss what I needed done. I knew the fee and time estimate before the appointment and that gave me a good sense of their professionalism. Every time the staff comes out they are on time, polite, and most importantly they make my carpet look "new" again.

All that, PLUS they are locally owned so more money stays in our community than when I spend the same dollar amount from a "chain". It's a win/win!

Carpet was a little cleaner had them do the whole house. The spots that were the only reason i called them came back a week later.

Over price by way far! Wow $120.00 for one living room. I can have my living room hallway and one bedroom for that price with Stanley Steamer with tax. Plus the last time I had my carpets cleaned with this company the odor from the truck out side was horrible. I ask what the smell was the guy look at me and said can you really smell that it’s my truck with old stale water in it.
