They are not nice business people. They are great at the beginning and the salespeople are fine. But any issue that gets you to the owners and wow! I just feel like they've skated through for years probably treating people bad. If you challenge them at all it's either condescension or ugliness. Now that there are other options in the area...I predict they will see a decline.
