Purchased a recliner that was on sale for $600 that was originally priced at $1,399. The salesman, Branden, was able to discount the chair more so I could get the one year warranty without paying more than the $600. He didn’t even ask if I wanted the warranty (for which I would have said no). The chair is being delivered today. I can hardly wait. Thank you Branden. #Good Selection#Good Service

Terrible!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Buying a sectional from here has been such a bad experience. This store is full of liars and they have cheated me! I have taken 2 days off work and a combined total of over 3 hours on the phone and still don't have the entire couch. Customer service is non existent and the manager is a joke. They have not offered to do anything to apologize for the problem other than a 60 dollar credit 5 days ago that I still haven't received. Save yourself a headache and go with anybody bu Ashley Furniture. BBB will be getting a lovely review also

Was a good experience. Bought a leather couch and large TV stand...delivery was within time promised, and went well. No problems. I recommend Ashley Furniture.

I had my front door dented when the delivery person tripped stepping across the threshold of the front door of my house, and hit the door with the leg of the bench he was delivering. I reported the damage immediately. The store manager came out to see the door, then called me today to say that he interviewed his two delivery men, and said they didn't use the front door. They came in thru the garage. Either one of the delivery men is lying or he has memory loss. Nevertheless, the manager more or less called me a liar. I remember in detail the guy bringing the bench thru the front door. I can understand a delivery man not wanting to admit he did damage. But, by the store manager telling me I lied, he has lost a customer. The moral of the story. Don't allow delivery men, or any service men into your home without having someone with you, to witness any "incidents". In this case, these two guys "both" say they didn't use the front door. Plus, the manager sided with them. Three against one!
