My wife and I just received a Home Inspection and that is exactly what we received. We went over everything from outside to inside top to bottom. It was a wonderful experience because it give me the insite of what I was getting my family into. He arrived early and was already on site before I even arrived. I am normally the first one to be there. I appreciate his services and I will recommend him to anyone that needs a Home Inspection.

I recently had a home inspection done by Tip Top Home Inspections. I was really impressed w/ the knowledge of the inspector, who took time to school me on various concerns found during the inspection. I was also pleased w/ the various photos included in the final inpection, which displayed clearly as to the nature of each concern and/or problem. Also the final inspection was very easy to follow, and didn't waste time addressing things that were not necessary to address. The turnaround time in recieving the home inspection report was great, being within 24 hrs of the inspection. I'd recommend Tip Top Home Inspections to anyone who needs the service.

Mr. Bias was exceptional! He is prompt, personable, proactive, prepared and professional (5 Capital P's). I recently bought an older home and he not only informed me of what I needed to know as a Home Buyer but also the things that were "passable" but needed attention over the first year or two of ownership. I really appreciated that especially since me and my daughter were the home buyers. As two females, it was important for us to know what to look out for and how to make our new little home more comfortable and energy efficient. He even went up under the house and told us a couple of things about moisture under the house and how to resolve it. His report was professional and thorough. He also came back to our house to do a reinspection when the utilities were on and followed up with us to see if there was anything else we needed. Thanks Mr. Bias for your service.

I would like to thank tip top inspection, for doing a woundful job on my house that i just bought in August for the inspection. They came out and walked me throught the list of thinks that i needed to look out for when i was buying a house for the frist time, and how by having a inspection i would find out if there was any problems with the house i could have them fix before we have went to closing.
