The website reads "Safe, Affordable, Easily Accessible." My experience with them was neither of the 3! We occupied a unit situated at the end of a row that had a 4" deep channel on the side that collected water. Neither my movers or I realized it, so some of our wooden items (bed posts, spare lumber, chair legs) were placed into this channel. Our goods were in this unit for 8 months, so they were first subjected to being in standing water and then frozen solid into the channel! When we vacated the storage unit in April and found out about the water, the owner was not surprised at all. He knew that the end units collected water. I was absolutely shocked that he allowed his customers to store their household goods in units that were subject to water damage, mold, mildew and insects. We had to throw stuff away. It wasn't cheap, and because we were on the end, there was a huge snow pile in front of it when we vacated. I would not recommend trusting your goods to be stored safely here!!
