I was a client for many years! Went in to renew my renters insurance! I was told we had a past due balance and would have to pay that plus the whole year ! Apparently we had not been paying for a whole year and it was lapsing yet no one was asking us about it year after year and renewing the policy! Yet when I asked to pay the past due amount they couldn't or wouldn't give me an exact amount ! The receptionist was incredibly rude to me talked down to me like I was a peice of dirt! I went home got insurance from Progressive at aa third of the cost! I would recommend everyone go to another company !!! I only gave them 1 star because the site wouldn't let me give them 0!!
