We had an engineered hardwood floor installed in our home last week. There were over 30+ dings, nicks, and problem areas in our floors after they were installed. Nick came to my home on a Friday afternoon and agreed that he would have an installer in my home Monday morning to replace the problem planks. Mr. Mike showed up at my home Monday morning and told me I was "unreasonable" and that Nick never would have agreed to replace so many planks "that's just not what they do" and proceeded to put Sharpie on all of the dings in my floors promising me that we would never notice them. After an hour of insults and his marker, he left agreeing to replace 4 of the problem planks, only to have the installer use nails and make the planks look worse than they did in the first place. Horrible service, incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Mike and Sterling mis-measured our house. They made us pay half of their mistake: $800 of the $1,800. There was no compensation for the inconvenience of waiting a week with our house torn apart until the rest of the carpet arrived.

Love the carpet. Sterling had done a wonderful job recommending it. Hate the installation. They tore up paint and drywall and even broke a light fixture. I called them and they didn’t understand how a light fixture was broken. It must have happened either on removing the old carpet or carrying the new carpet down. All I know is that when we tried to turn the light on that evening for some reason it would work and the picture will show why. They were supposed to fix it, however, two weeks later getting tired of having to go downstairs to turn on the lights so the girls will go to their room. I am just going to replace it on my own today. I tried to give them an opportunity to fix it and it didn’t happen. There were other paint spots that were scratched as the whole basement was painted before the carpet. Paint was touched up on day one by us.

Sales staff took personal care of me and the price was great. Instalers were professsional

Sterling came out to my condo and helped me pick out an awesome piece of carpet. My wife loved the carpet, I loved the price. When it was finished my home looked so beautiful!

I had an excellent experience with Mike and Sterling's Flooring America. Their staff was very intelligent and knowledgeable. They were the lowest bidder on our luxury resort in St. George. Their installation was incredible and I love their lifetime warranty on installation, I don't know of any other company that does that. If you need flooring this is your place.

Had them lay my mother-in-laws basement carpet. They were very knowlegable in helping her pick out the right color and quality. The installation was done on time and looks great! they were so good to work with what she wanted done (2 rooms she wanted layed a week apart). I am now having them lay wood flooring in my own home.
