I had a crack in my windshield and had some time Wed. afternoon to get it repaired. I stopped at Technaglass on State and was "greeted" by a young lady. I asked if they did repairs and she said yes, and not very happily! She said it would be 15 minutes which wasn't a problem. I checked for coupons while I waited and found a half price deal. The tech asked me to pull in the shop. After I asked him if they'd honor the discount, he looked at my windshield and said it couldn't be repaired!I remebered someone in the past had reffered me to Central Glass. I called them this morning. It was repaired by noon and their regular price was less than the discount at Technaglass.Needless to say, no more Technaglass and their "I'm doing you a favor" attitude.I'll definately go to Central Glass, first from now on!Great customer service!!!

I lay down about 30,000 miles a year on my car and need to replace the windshield nearly every year. I will only work with Central Glass. They do great work and are really nice to work with. I highly recommend!

We always go to Central Glass because they do good work and they take out the hassle. My windshield was repaired same day, best bid price. And they helped me get to work so I didn't have to arrange carpool/shuttle. They've done work on our cars before for rock dings, and you can't even tell they were there.We're loyal customers, thank you!Deanie W

I called on Friday for a quote for a residential 2 paned window that got broken. They said the soonest they could get someone out was Monday. The guy came out on Monday. I was told that Pam would get back to me with a quote. I did not hear anything so I called on Tuesday. Evidentially Pam was out of the office and no one else can give bids. I finally get a call back on Wednesday afternoon. The bid is $75 higher than the other bid I got. To add injury to insult, it rained from Monday after the worker came out until Tuesday night / Wednesday morning. I am going to go with the other guy, hopefully there is no damage from the rain.

I had 2 windshields replaces on my previous car at a different glass company. I went back there and got an estimate for this windshield but thought I would get a second estimate from Central Gass. I am sure glad as it saved me over $140. And the service was very good and everyone in the office was friendly. This is now my glass company of choice.

I have had 3 windshields in 3 different autos replaced in the last 4 years. Every time they treated me well and were on time at a reasonable price. They came to my business twice because the weather was good and permited an onsite installation. The last was during inclimate weather and they suggested I bring it to their garage. They provided a courtesy shuttle. All went well. I will continue to use them whenever I have glass needs.

I recently had my car broken into and the rear passenger window was smashed. They got me in within the hour to replace the window, as there was a snowstorm coming in that afternoon. Not only was the price about $50 lower than any of the competitors around the city, but they got me in sooner and had the most phenomenal customer service! The replacement was quick and they vacuumed out all of the glass that was leftover from the window being smashed. I would recommend this company to anyone that had window replacement needs in their vehicle and will go to them with all of my future glass needs.

This company is great. I had a window to replace and called for a same day appointment. They had me in in one hour. They gave me personal attention and even called the dealer to get me some parts that were not anticipated to be broken but were. They worked it out with the insurance company and helped me get a ride to my work place. Best experience I have ever had. Great people.

My passenger side window shattered and my first choice was Central Glass. They had previously helped me with another problem with this car. I brought it in on Friday afternoon before a holiday week and while I didn't hold out much hope for a quick turn around, the car window was repaired and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. I was really impressed by such quick service. I don't have much glass need but this is my shop of choice!

I'm an engineer and general contractor who put Heat Mirror glass, with all of its problems, in my own home several years ago. We had to replace most of it because it was getting worse each season. Central replaced it with high quality lowE. Pam gave us a timely, thorough and reasonable quote with everything detailed and complete. They got the glass quickly and everything fit perfectly. Donny and Ray came exactly when they promised, with everything they needed. They absolutely knew what they were doing and they handled our sash, moldings and trim expertly with no damage. They kept our home clean, they did not track anything in and they cleaned up when they were through in each room. They finished ahead of schedule and left great work behind. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We would have them back in a heartbeat. In fact, we may do just that, to replace the rest.

Brought glass in to be cuttold it would be a day turn around 6 days later I received my glass. Storm ruin wallpaper due to being told one day turnaround! I will never use this company again

Recently I had a rock chip repair done by this company at their West Valley City location-about a week after the repair the windshield cracked from the point of the repair and spread from there. When I took the car back into them for inspection their response was that-I have been doing this for 20 yrs and repaired rock chips don't break and you must have broke it on purpose!! Really?? The secretary came out and looked and said "We don't warranty repairs-you are out of luck" All other companies do I said-"We don't she said" She then went on to say its obvious what happened-your kicked the windshield from inside the car and broke it on purpose!!" Again, Really? She was very rude and said if you pay full price for a new windshield we will replace it then otherwise "Go somewhere else!"Sad example of a company that apparently has "All the business they can handle" I guess.

After shopping around at a few other places to fix my car window, I ended up with Central Glass. They were by far the best choice. They were very accommodating with my work schedule and went above expectations to make sure my problem was fixed that day. Highly recommended!
