I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Why you ask??? Let me tell you that they know how to take care of ME. Billing questions and issues, address changes, new car and boat! Heather knows that "customers" are the lifeblood of her agency and she always has my back. A few years ago we had a wind claim, we lost our roof and fence. She told me my roofing quote was way too high and gave me two other companies to call. So I shopped it and got one for 3000 less. I HATE scammers. She made sure that we got the $$$ we needed and we were one of the first houses to get put back together. Her experience saved me time and money, I like that. Prior to that I had coverage through a 800#...and you never got the same representative when you called. I HATE being a #.

American Family and Heather have been talking care of my insurance for years . last year I went through the process of changing my gender from male to female, the name change on everything from driver's license to social security always comes with a lot worry on how you'll treated when walk in the door.With Heather I was treated with respect and support on a issue that not many companies deal with. They put me at ease and was probably the best experience in changing my name, and I would definitely recommend her and her staff

Worst experience ever! This lady does NOT know what she is doing. I gave her all of my information she said she found a policy for me for about $100.00 cheaper then what I was paying and this is with a DUI on my record she even asked me if my license was reinstated. She told me to cancel my old policy, got me started on a new policy even sent me the insurance cards and took my payment information. 3 days later calls me to tell me they cannot insure me and she missed the DUI. How do you miss that when you even asked me about my license being suspended? Now I have no insurance and cancelled my old policy out. I would not recommend her to anyone.
