I ordered a $900 item online. The seller chose to ship using UPS insured shipping. The item was stolen out of the box in transit by a UPS employee and UPS delivered an empty box. It was supposed to weigh 8 lbs and no one noticed it was feather light. The seller didn't want to refund my money until they recovered their money through UPS insurance. I had to open a credit card dispute after a month of waiting for a refund and that finally prompted the seller to refund my money. Last I knew the seller was still waiting and jumping through hoops trying to get their money from UPS.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! AVOID THESE GUYS!! I dropped off a package and forgot to include an item in the box. I went back 10 minutes after they closed to simply ask them to HOLD the package and I would be back tomorrow when they were open to add the item to the box. All staff members, even Nate the guy who rung me up no less than 15 minutes earlier "pretended" not to see me while he vacuumed. Then, refused to even make eye contact as he pointed to the sign stating their hours. Despite my desperate pleas to just listen through the glass, he treated me like I was non-existant. The apparent "owner" kept making an "X" with his arms to signal for me to leave even though I had just spent over $100 on shipping fees!! Their clear disdain for having to lift a finger and show some backbone and compassion for a CUSTOMER was utterly baffling. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone I had just given money to. And they never answer the phone.

Phoned to ask for pickup to the number noged on this site. While waiting to speak to customer service I received at least 7 long winded ads. Will never use UPS again.

UPS has absolutely gone down hill. Not only do they now charge a base price of $20 to send soft, mailer-envelope packages, but their online information claims they are open at 9 am on Saturdays. I made my way all the way there just to be greeted by a gruff employee who informed me that they were closed and he would under no circumstances check out my package to me. I will be using USPS or Fedex for everything from now on.

Horrible company! After three attempts they immediately return packages so they can charge for shipping again. They promised me they would hold my package longer, and did not. These guys are criminals, and I urge every American to stop using UPS at all costs. Please don't support criminals. Please don't use UPS. We hold the power, we vote every day with our dollars. Vote against UPS! I could not leave 0 stars...I would if I could.
