This company promised to send their "best guys" to handle my expensive & heavy items but the crew they sent absolutely did not know what they were doing. In fact they complained (to me directly and to each other) about how difficult my things were to pack and move. They also broke several items, scratched others, and caused other peripheral damage to floors and walls. Anyone who values their belongings should NOT use this company.

This was one of the easiest and smoothest moves I've ever experienced. On a scale of 1-10 they were and 11!

The movers were on time and were very professional and fun to work with. They worked their butts off and all 3 men were a pleasure to work with. No doubt we made the right choice in Taylor Moving.

Damaged furniture and walls, tried to conceal it, didn't want to reimburse when we found it, low-balled on replacement valuation.Very slow during the move too, sent way too many guys and trucks, which meant there was a lot of standing around talking, causing the cost of the move to be way over what was estimated. Seemed like they spread out the work to fill up an entire day - for a job which should have taken much less time!Would definitely NOT use again! We should have heeded the warnings about this company from friends and family!

I went with Taylor Moving after seeing all the best of boulder awards they had won and talking to the owner, Leah, on the phone. She gave me what turned out to be a very good estimate over the phone for my local move. The movers they sent out were very good and made my move as easy and fun a move can be. I can see why they are called the best and like that they are a local company. I would recommend them to anyone in the Boulder county area.

I used Taylor moving twice within a four month period. The first time went extremely well and I tipped the three movers $40 each. Thus, when it came time for my second move I called them again. This time they sent a mover with a broken hand and another who couldn't seem to find enough walls to knock my furniture against. The final tally was six pieces of furniture damaged - two significantly, major damage to the casing around a door, and one unhappy customer. Over the next two months I played phone-tag with the owners. They even asked me to call at certain times, but when I did as they requested I got voicemail and no return call. It has now been three months since the second move and I still have no resolution. I think the most frustrating thing about this situation is not the furniture damage (I had anticipated some damage would occur), but rather the lack of professionalism by Taylor Moving. Therefore, I would rate Taylor Moving as below average.
