I called to get information about a rototiller in Boulder.



Before I can get an answer, I'm asked "20 questions", name, address, etc.



Then I'm told the guy on teh line will do a search to see what the local store has or does not have...



Then IF the store might have "it"... they'll call me.



Are you kidding? THis is NOT service!!!!!!!! This is gathering a data base and creating a hassle for me and my family on a weekend.



ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS IF YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT? DO YOU CARE ENOUGH TO HAVE A HUMAN BEING TALK with me in real time.



I'd rather spend the time here to let others know of you LACK of service than answer a bunch of questions then wait to have someone call me... so, there's my choice!



YUCK! Never again for sunbelt.
