Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE for any of your eye care needs. The staff was insanely rude and condescending. I've never received worse customer service. I went in to learn about a new contact brand since my brand has been getting really dry, and they treated me like I was asking some ridiculous task. They made me wait for 10 minuets (even though the store was EMPTY--They obviously don't do a lot of business... and now I know why), didn't help me even when I explained all I wanted was some information, and treated me rudely from the second I walked in. I was sure to leave as soon as possible, and I'll be sure to never visit or buy from them again.

I really liked the doctor and the receptionist - made me feel comfortable and were pleasant. After the exam, the sales kick in. Twice after telling them I had no insurance and that I specifically did not want the $100 option for reflective coating, they asked me again to buy this option! I took my prescription and left. The sales lady was more concerned with her commission than my budget, wants or needs. It felt as dirty as leaving a visit with a car salesman.
