Dan is not the same professional groomer he was when he took over this grooming business a few years ago. Getting him to answer his phone takes about 3 tries. Today after the 4th call he yelled into my phone," I am really busy right now, I'll call you back." Does he even know who called? If he treats humans like this I never will take my dog to him ever again. He is blowing it. Bridget started this grooming business and made it a success. When she sold it to Dan I think he thought he would not have to work that hard and now he is finding out otherwise.

I called to find a groomer for our little yorkie. A woman named Linda called me back to interview me to see if she would even see us. She was very patronizing and unfriendly. She then said she would call back to schedule but failed to do so for an extra two days, when she left a phone message. I called back to schedule and left message asking to leave our sensitive little girl for minimum time. I got back a ranting hostile message and she refused to see us after that. I have never encountered such a person in forty years in Boulder. I would not feel my dog would be safe with such person. Here is an update: This is amazing, really. I called the owner Dan today as I thought he should know how his employee treats people. As soon as I began speaking (and my voice was not loud) he began screaming at me. I guess this says a lot about this business. I am a psychotherapist. I know abusive people when I see them. Please do not let your dog who can not speak up be left here.
