Provided by YP.comI really can't say enough about the high level of customer service that Global Collision achieves. In the last two months I was involved in two accidents, the second a hit and run. After my first accident, there was approximately $5,000 of damage to my front end. At the time I did not have collision insurance so my choices were to either scrap my car I love (2001 Dodge Durango) or pay out of pocket. Global Collision worked with me to drop the price to less than $3000. During the entire process they were incredibly professional and courteous; they walked me through all the damage to my vehicle step-by-step and helped me save money along the way. I never once felt hassled, which typically is a common occurrence for me at any auto shop / store. The end product was perfection. Plain and simple. They did exactly what we talked about. There were no "oops I forgot" fees. I drove away very happy after only a week without my vehicle.
A month later I was involved in a hit and run off of Diagonal Hwy that resulted in my bumper (that had just been completely replaced) to completely rip off. I walked into Global Collision, head hung low, and told them what happened. The Group Manager, Alan, immediately empathized with my situation.
What happened next astonished me. Alan offered to do the work without any labor cost. I purchased two brackets for $97 and they had my bumper back on within an hour! Global Collision made no money off of me to offer an extremely high level of customer service. I recommend Global Collision to Anyone in Colorado that needs Any body work done. It's hard to find great customer service like this anywhere.

Provided by YP.comThey fixed my bumper over a year ago and now it is falling apart. I came back to them since they give a warranty on their products and it has been a month and nothing is done. They were making excuses, then it took them 3 weeks to order parts from the same state and in the end they ordered wrong parts using VIN Number. The person in charge is Tom and that is who I was dealing directly with. He is also rude and unprofessional. They do not care about customers.
