Dr. Chiang is too young and inexperienced to recognize certain medical problems, and my mother went to him simply for convenience only, because it was easy to make an appointment. But now the tide has turned and he has shown his true colors, Dr. Chiang demands that if you can't come in and see him exactly every six months then he won't refill your medications- even if those medications are for chronic conditions that might kill you otherwise. Now, what kind of doctor does that? He told me my mom that unless she drops everything and finds a ride to the clinic today- then he won't refill her medications. That is a little thing I like to call medical neglect, unethical practices and a downright money grab. Are doctors so unethical these days that thy would let a 63 yr old go without her medications just because it's been 6 months since he's seen her? Well, needless to say, my mother will not be going there anymore, and neither will I.

my first visit with bezard today and I was very displeased with the nurse, she did not seam to know what she was doing, I went in with four issues, two of which just needing refills on prescriptions that I have been taking for years ( which he argued with me about, even though I have taken may other prescripts just to find that they don't work) and as for the other two, he just didn't address them and walked out, when I told the nurse he did not address the two other issues she just said that ill have to make another appt. so basicly I got my prescriptions refilled out of the visit and my real two issues that are new issues never even got addressed, another day, another dollar

I just moved to the area and heard mr bezards name, so I had my first visit with him today and I was very disappointed with him and the staff. first of all the nurse that I got didn t even know the spelling of most of the very well know prescriptions and when I was telling her of a fourth symptom of something I wanted addressed she told me that he would not have time for all of my questions and that we would have to keep it to three and come back again for another visit, two of the things that I wanted addressed were just refills of prescriptions that I have been taking for years. so I finally get to talk to bezard and argues with me about the two medications that I have been taking for years and wants to just pawn me off on a pshycologist, and the third thing that he was suppose to talk to me about, he either forgot or it wasn t in the paperwork or he just didn t want to take the time to talk about it. long story short, he doesn t want to work with me on the prescripts I have been tak
