We ordered siding from wine valley last year. We even spent extra money for additional samples. We ordered siding for a 2000 square foot home. When the siding came the color was so far off the contractor was amazed. When we went to the local agent, they were also amazed that the color of the sample board was not even close to the order that arrived. However, the company refused to acknowledge there was a discrepancy. Their response was that paint samples vary, so too bad. The color was way off. The contractor finally gave up talking with the representative and repainted every board on his own time.
I understand mistakes are made but not taking responsibility for mistakes is just wrong.
