I called NW Home Appliance for service on our LG dryer and our Kenmore dishwasher. I was quoted by telephone that the home visit would be $95.00 and I would be given an estimate for repairs. Yuri the repairman spent less than 2 minutes to identify a potential problem with some lint clogging of the dryer vent. He did not bother to test if the problem was solved. He then spent 5 minutes evaluating our dishwasher - which he did only by listening to the machine run. He did NO diagnostic tests to be sure there were no other issues. He indicated a pump would be required. He was condescending and rude. At the end, he wanted to be paid over $187.00 - about twice as much as I was quoted over the telephone. He claimed $41 to fix the dryer (which equates to about $1,230 per hour for the dryer; and I was the one who actually removed the lint) and wanted an additional $45 for the dishwasher. This was NOT what I was quoted over the telephone - and the cost for 7 minutes of superficial work was unwarranted. Bottom line: if you want to pay what was quoted, if you want to know that the problems are either fixed or that no additional issues are present, and if you want to be treated with some resemblance of decency, I would NOT use Northwest Home Applicance, Inc.

NW Home Appliance was called for service on our Maytag Washer and Drier. Yuri, the repairman was incredibly rude and hostile, did not bring their necessary equipment, did not provide an estimate of service, would only honor $25 of the $40 off coupon, and charged $574.30 for about an hour work (including a new gasket for the Neptune washer). I would NOT recommend this company!

On September 21,when our 10 year Sears Kenmore stove needed help ( due to me damaging the electronic controls)You sent us help very quickly.Technitian is an efficient knowledgeable expert for repairs. His sense of humor is wonderful.THANK YOU.The appliance is better than new.

Today I needed service for my almost 7 year old ASKO washer and like to pass a very positive experience with the repair service. I picked a firm out of the yellow pages and the repairman was here within 2 hours!While he had to wait for the water to drain, he opened my dishwasher and asked if he should show me how to remove and clean several components. Still having some time on his hands he noticed that the door on my DACOR oven didn't close completely and fixed that also.Great job was done,by great company!!!
