After the company coming 2 days late, having a crew of 2 instead of 5, forgetting my smart vents and installing box vents that aren't supposed to be there.

They left the exterior of my house dirty and muddy with hand prints all over.

I found 2 razor blades in my front yard and multiple nails. I have kids that play out there.

To top it off they ruined one of my gutters and never inspected a leak I had due to there materials being on my roof.

I am still waiting for resolution 2 months later because the owner is constantly out of town.

My wife and I would like to thank you for a job well done and for the professionalism exhibited throughout the entire process.



From the first time we had heard of Harley Exteriors at the Everett Home Show just over a month ago, all the way throughout the completion of our installation today, your team of professionals have gone above and beyond all expectations.



Most specifically we would like to call out the contractors that did the window installations From the time they arrived to the time they departed, they excelled and represented Harley Exteriors with integrity, commitment and devotion.

We had all the windows in our home replaced.The men that came out to do the work were amazing! They worked all day and when they left my house was clean and vacuumed Our issues with this company came when we needed to replace the window screens.We had the windows installed in June of 07. We were told that all our replacements were paid for, as well as broken windows. We needed 8 window screens replaced and have gotten a run around.We called every day to order these screens,no one would call us back. When we finally got mad they said we were abusive & laughed at us, said we were having a conversation with ourselves and our screens would cost $30 each,were months out as they have to send back east for them.This customer service was horrifying!Home depot here we come.We should have gotten our windows there.What a mistake dealing with these people. Rhonda, Vicky and the rest of this office should be fired, or at least made to read peoples reviews regarding the service others have received.

Harley Exteriors is an amazing company to work with and everyone on staff is very friendly.

we had Harley Exteriors replace all the windows in our home approx. 2 years ago. we are very happy with the windows ! they are highly energy efficient , we have noticed a decrease in our heating bill over the winter months. they are also highly efficient in keeping our home cooler in the summer months. between the large beautiful thermal windows, and the windows that open for air circulation, ,our home is comfortable year around. the consultants assisted us in choosing the perfect style of obscure windows for select places, providing privacy while still allowing light in those areas. the locking ability on the windows is easy to use and very secure, providing a sense of security. the installation team that came to our home was very professional, proficient, and knowledgeable. we would would definitely recommend Harley Exteriors !
