I called Tour operation services today 10/30/2007 to see what they had in Boston for tours for tourist. A man answered the phone and I asked for help I wasn't sure how to go about it and he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager or someone else and he said that none else was there.I have never in my life have experienced anything like that it it was a horrible experience, and they have lost business from me.. Horrible company and not to mention he could hardly speak English!!
