Provided by YP.comI've been a loyal customer for 20 years, but no more!!! I order Hush Puppies Upbeat (Bounce) walking shoe due to foot problems. The order I placed was Dec 14, 2012 and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY SHOES!!! They were allegedly delivered on Dec 19th via UPS; however, UPS didn't bother to get a signature and the shoes ended up being stolen, if they were ever delivered at all! UPS says file a complaint with Shoebuy, which I did. Shoebuy has been jerking me around for 2 MONTHS!!! Tonight I'm even told no action has been taken on the claim since UPS never bothered to contact me! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I'm about to file court papers to sue both UPS and Shoebuy for treble damages and I'm in the process of filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the media, Consumer Affairs in Mass, just for starters. Do yourselves a favor...STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
