Very professional and prompt service! I thought I was going to have to wait until the following morning to have a tech come out but someone was able to come out within an hour and fix my drain. He was persistent and exhausted all options so that he could fix my issue

Roto-Rooter was amazing! They came the same day, and promptly fixed my clogged sink drain. The plumber was friendly and professional and handled the clog quickly so I was able to get my kids to bed on time! I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any emergency plumbing issues!

Service tech was prompt, professional, informative and had multiple options to solving the problem starting with the least costly. Was successful in finding a solution to the problem. Cleaned up after his work. Double and triple checked to ensure everything was working well before leaving. Explained best long term solutions. In a 4 hour window tech arrived 45 minutes from the time I placed call and was done with the job in an hour's time. Could not have had a better experience. Would call this company again.

Top-notch service. They showed up on time, kept after my difficult master drain root problem until it was solved, and did a few other minor drain cleaning jobs around the house. I'm fully satisfied.

Bill and Frank did a very good job. They fixed the problem and told me and told me why that happened and how to avoid it.

I had an emergency with clogged drain in my toilet last late evening. I was looking for emergency services and came across Roto-Rooter.....I must tell I will never switch to any one else now except them. The technician Ron was very punctual, professional considerate and very knowledgable. I have kids in the house...he made sure to take off his shoes before walking down the basement and did a very neat and tidy work and cleaned up after the drain was de clogged. Very friendly... asked if I have a coupon to apply. I must say he was awesome....cannot ask for more. He saved the day!!

Dubious ripoff. They do not provide price estimates over the phone and because I'd hired them before with a favorable experience, I scheduled a visit. The plumber arrived and told me it would cost $420 to unclog a sink. They claim not to charge more for evening calls yet this is an outrageous price for simple work.

The time frame given was between 12:30-4:00 and Josh showed up about 2:30 so I was happy! He was very thorough in explaining the problem and used easy to understand language in addition to honesty about what it would cost. He said he would do the work today and went out right away to buy a new toilet. He took not very long at all and then apologized that it took so long! The old toilet was out and the old was in in about a half an hour. Josh didn't make a mess, gave a good price and was very professional. I would certainly call him again. Thanks Roto Rooter!

Great place!! My water heater broke one night, and the next day they came out to replace it. Very clean and great tech came out and replaced it in a nice timely matter. Would recommend to anyone!

My water heater broke this morning (Friday). Roto Rooter yanked me around all day claiming i was next on the list from 9:30am until they called at 4pm to say they couldn't come until Saturday. Although they claim to have 24 hour emergency service, they don't. If they had just told me at 9:30am that they couldn't come, I would have called someone else and not had to miss a full day of work. They get one star because the first woman i spoke with helped me find the valve to turn the water off.

Gilbert saved the day! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. .Gilbert was also very conscientious about his work. I also appreciated the senior citizen discount, every little bit helps. I called at 9:30 and he was here at 12:30. The company stood by their word and called me 30 minutes before arrival. Thank you.

CALL FOR BROKEN PIPE AND WATER IN BASEMENT. 5 DEGREES OUTSIDE. WE WERE TOLD THEY CAN HAVE SOMEONE HERE ON MONDAY NOT TODAY (SAT) I ASKED WHY AND THE AGENT TOLD US THE MASTER PLUMBERS DONT WORK ON WEEKENDS.

Technician #1661 ( didn't get his name) was courteous and very helpful. He gave us the senior discount which was much appreciated. He was knowledgeable regarding our blockage issue and wasted no time in running the power snake to fix. He made us run water and flush toilets several times to ensure the blockage was cleared. This was all done at 7pm in 20 degree temperatures I felt very relieved after left He was great.

Talked to darrel yesterday to have someone come fix my loud banging pipes when the heat turns on. He asks me what time is good for me, i said 5 but he asked if i could do 4 instead and i told him i will ask my boss if he will let me out an hour early unpaid and my boss agreed. So today i get home at 3:40pm ready for someone and nobody shows up or calls so i call again. I was told by a different lady that they will page over there and have someone contact me. An hour goes by and no phone call. I call FOR A THIRD TIME!!!!!! And another lady says there is no recird of any ticket......... Then told me she can send someone over between 8-12 or 12-4 which i am working and working. And then said you dont want to reschedule......... What part of I AM WORKING is confusing? Then she asked if i can get out early. I told her ya i tried that today and lost a hours pay and still got loud pipes. This is why big companies like this are bad to do business with. They claim to care about helping people but it turns out all they want is your money and dont care about customer needs. They mess up the appointment and i literally paid for it.......

Sewer problems are awful but our experience with Roto-Rooter was terrific. The technician who called on us was prompt, pleasant, and very professional. He took pains to explain how we could avoid future problems and cleaned up before he left. I can't remember a plumber doing that before! If need be I would not hesitate to call on them again.

We had an excellent experience! Our problem happened late afternoon on a Saturday, we called after 7:00 at night and were offered service for the following day...Sunday. The technician was prompt (in fact, he arrived early with a courtesy call prior to be sure it was OK to come early) and he was very efficient. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and the reasons why step by step. He fixed our messy situation quickly and professionally. We were very thankful for the Sunday service as we were not able to flush our toilets or use our water. A+ service!!!!
