JR, the owner of Roca's was extremely professional when handling my new vehicle as it ran out of gas on I-93 just south of Boston. After I was stranded and AAA did not respond for over an hour, I called Roca's Recovery and they responded in less than 10 minutes. It was such a relief to deal with a professional crew that Roca's provides and would highly reccomend them for business in the future.

My daughter was driving my car and the car just stopped operating. I called Roca's Recovery Service who responded very quickly. Mr. Morales, the tow truck driver made our experience one of the best I have ever had in dealing with towing. I was very upset because I didn't know what is wrong with the car and it may be very expensive. Mr. Morales really made me feel comfortable. He first towed my car to my home and then towed it to a shop at no extra charge to have the mechanics take a look at it. He gave me a feeling that I could trust his company. I would highly recommend this tow company to anyone. Thanks!!! Best Tow experience I ever had.
