Pasta Beach
30 Rowes Wharf, Boston, MA 02110
The history of Pasta Beach began in a small Italian trattoria some time ago where a girl and a bowl of spaghetti pomodoro fell endlessly in love. Established in 2002, behind the effort of recreating the euphoria experienced behind that first bowl of swirly red spaghetti, Susie Ropolo now married to Italian native Giovanni Ropolo, was determined to bring that same feeling to her hometown Newport, RI. Three restaurants later, what began as a little shop on memorial boulevard, has now turned into the staple for authentic Italian cuisine in New England with chefs from all different regions of Italy. The history of Pasta Beach began in a small Italian trattoria some time ago where a girl and a bowl of spaghetti pomodoro fell endlessly in love.
