I was very pleased with my experience at Landry and Arcari. The saleswoman, Deb, we dealt with was very helpful and insightful. She helped us pick out a rug that we absolutely love. We will definitely be back in the near future the next time we are shopping for rugs.

I was shocked when I read the message about Debra. She was wonderful to us and devoted all her attention to us. She was alone and had to work well beyond the norm.. Sorry you had a bad experience! All I can say is, we loved her!...

I have purchased a few rugs from Landry and Arcari and have always found them helpful and accommodating, whatever my price range. They have exquisite taste. Love them and will keep shopping there.

Didn't get past the preliminaries, as the saleswoman, Debbie, made it clear that she thought that we were too unimportant to spend any time with us. Too bad! We took our $12,000 potential order elsewhere.



Sales personel really need a remedial course on manners and customer service !!!!



Best of Boston?? I think not!!!!
