The first thing that struck me about Dock Square Parking Garage is how close it was to major landmarks. It’s just across the street from Faneuil Hall and a short walk from City Hall.

Parking staff is accommodating! If you ask one for any assistance, they're very prompt and courteous. Highly recommended parking garage in the area.

I had a flat tire, and for the life of me couldn't find my tools. Garage attendant saw me struggling and helped out.

First time at Boston. I parked here since I wanted to check out Faneuil Hall, and spent more time than I should by browsing. When I went back to the garage and saw that there's a flat-rate up to 24 hours, then I'm happy to leave my car and explore the area to my heart's content without worrying about my parking fee!
