Why is it that it's so hit or miss with interior cleaning at Twin Cities Car Wash? I went for the first time in over 10 years in the Spring and the exterior was great but the interior was awful. Went for the second time in early summer and it was great both exterior and interior so I thought maybe the first time was just a fluke. Went today and again interior was awful! The only reason I went was because they have cleaning supplies I don't have and I figured if it's their job then it should look halfway more professional than I can accomplish but I won't be back. I don't know what they did with the rag other than twirl it around because they obviously didn't clean the interior with it. There's no point in going if I have to go behind them and clean the interior myself. I'll just go through Snappy Scrubs Car Wash and buy the interior stuff and do it myself.

I have gone to Twin Cities since I got my new car a year and a half ago. First visit was very good, of course, they seem to get it shiny clean inside and out,my car was not real dirty at that time. Over the months, dirt starts to build up in places, that I have for the last 3 visits pointed out that I want cleaned. It never gets done.They can wash and wipe your car down, they vacuum over the mats not under. They wash fine,but they don't DETAIL your car.I can do almost the same at a self service type carwash, at more than half the cost.

If you have a Venza you may want to take it else where for oil/filter change. My wife took her 2010 Venza in Tuesday for oil/filter change. After driving for 1 day the oil light comes on with message just before she gets home last night.



I check the filter cover, NO O-RING!!! Most of oil was gone, nothing on dip stick and only what was in the filter drained when removed. I had to go into town (Minden) to buy filter/O-Rings and 6 quarts of oil to do the job again.



Just hoping no engine damage. No more oil changes here for us.
