This place is a joke to work for, the owners/management do not care about the employees, they fire the good employees and accuse them of stealing when in fact they find out 2 months later that is was someone else who stole from them, It is lead by poor management, un-kept, un-clean stores, and don't even give their employees breaks while working a 9.5 hour shift all day.

OMG. Who is mixing the Egg Nog on Pines Road? Im a regular customer of the Thrifty on Bert Kouns and have NEVER purchased a "bad" Egg Nog there. As of late, the B.K. Location has been out of Nog, so I've had to go to the Pines Rd., location for it. What a disappointment. I've never had a Egg Nog daiquiri with "chunks" in it. I've gone to Pines Rd twice for my daiquiri and it was chunky both times. This was a major let down as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has noticed! Yuck.

poor customer service and manager does not care or go by the list for cashing checks that ARE on list would recommend going a little further to the one on corner of east texas and airline. they are way more friendlier and also honor the check cashing list like supposed to. i have had two problems cashing checks at this location where i went to any of the others and had no problem, i will not be going back to this location. very very inconvenient.
