Provided by YP.comNot a local, but I eat at Saltgrass every chance I to go to Bossier. Love the menu, food is awesome, great kids menu, and service seems quite good to me!! You will not be disappointed. With a large group service may be a bit slow, but no more than any where else. Take your chances... You will go back for more!!

Provided by YP.comSaltgrass' service is for the pits, but I really blame the management as they dont ever want to show their faces when a problem arises that can easily be fixed. Paul (don't know the last name), the General Manager, was everything but polite, very rude and doesn't know half the things he preaches.
