Cadillac xt5 2017 windshield replacement unsatisfactory.
windshield washer attached to bottom plate which has to be removed to replace glass. WAS NOT PROPERLY REINSTALLED RESULTING IN WINDSHIELD WASHER MALFUNCTION WHICH IS COSTLY AT CADILLAC DELEARSHIPS

Arrived @ my 8am appointment and immediately was greeted. They quickly found my insurance claim for my windshield. Gave me a time frame and offered something to drink. One of their mechanics had stopped by Whataburger and got breakfast. They didn't have to but offered me some. I appreciate the quick service, kept me informed, & the hospitality. Thnx
