I picked up Gracie yesterday. She looks so cute and sweet. Thank you guys for being so good with her, and for fitting her in so quickly!

Staff is VERY RUDE, uncooperative, disrespectful, unprofessional and lacking in common courtesy and customer service.

I took my dogs there on the recommendation of an acquaintance. These people know nothing about customer service or dog grooming or pet care. The young lady at the front desk lacks the inability to be courteous and professional. She truly has to be the rudest persons that I have ever dealt with. Her professionalism in person and her phone skills are unbecoming of anyone trying to run a business in this economy.

As far as the owner, she unrealistic of schedules and times, three times I took our pets there to get groomed. Twice we were late by 15 minutes and they gave our appointment to someone else. It was a 20 minutes drive for us to go to Shawna’s Posh Pets. Understandable this could have been construed as our fault for not being on time, but the third time when we did drop them off, it was terrible. They are a fly by night grooming shop. After receiving our dogs back, their haircuts were horrendous. They cut their nails so short that they bleed for about an hour after we picked them up. Maybe I could accept the fact and understand one nail bleeding, but all of them.

This place is a meat market, a butcher shop. They are awful and treat pets and animals badly. If you care about your pets and if you are reading this review and are thinking about using them, then I beg of you please DON’T. You will be saving your pets a lot inhumane torture and pain. If you are reading this and you have ever had any of the issues that we have had, then I implore you to write a negative review and tell other pet owners that are thinking about using them not to do so.

After ever thing was said and done, they charged us $150.00 for 2 baths, 2 haircuts and 2 nail trimmings and then they voiced their dislike because we did not leave a tip. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

I had called to see about their doggy day care on a saturday and needed a place for my dog to stay during the day starting that next monday. Well, I went by to see if I could see the place and have tour. (Because my dog is more like a child, than a dog!) They would not let me see anything besides the front waiting room. They said it was too much of a mess and "now is not a good time" HELLO?? If you want business anytime is a good time if im going to board my dog there everyday 8-5. We did not board there and FOR SURE DID NOT want to groom there.
