9/19/16 5:25 pm I drove in to get my oil changed in my husbands truck. The guy who checked me in argued with me for 5 minutes about synthetic oil. I turned it down and he was not happy with me. I explained my husband did not want it and he told me it's in the manual that it needs to be synthetic. I should've left at that time. I went to the waiting room & I could hear him at the cash register & a guy in the bay area complaining/yelling about my decision. He called me over and said the total which was way above $49.99, I asked why and he was a huge smart elic telling me why. It was a terrible experience, other than one guy in the bay who opened my truck door, he was very nice. But as a woman, the guy who handled what I needed as well as my payment along with a guy in the bay who was complaining about what i wanted, were very rude, unprofessional and made me feel terribly uncomfortable. I would've called and complained but I'm afraid of the guy who was so rude answering and being rude.

Great expertise and a fast oil change every time. Nice, comfortable waiting area. An all-around great business.

Best service I've gotten for an oil change. Friendly, professional, and quick employees provide great service. Also a nice, clean waiting room for the few minutes I had to wait. I would highly recommend them!
