Worst experience ever. I am so sad. My dog had some teeth extractions and the nurse (I think her name was Christy or crissy) gave me an empty box of pain medication. I opened the box in my car before I went home and I was confused. I called and left a message asking do I fill the prescription at CVS or something of the sort. I had to listen to my dog whine because he was in pain. She called back claiming that she gave me a bag and showed me how to work the syringe. I had no idea it was even liquid medicine BECAUSE SHE NEVER SHOWED ME OR GAVE ME A BAG! I just got an empty box and the receipt and we left. She asked did Iose it, but how could I lose medicine I never had. But I searched my car 3 times just to make sure. No medicine. The thing that makes me mad is, she doesnt even come up to the front desk to clear the air, or make up for the mistake. And I still had to pay for it. I went home balling my eyes out. The lady at the desk that likes dachshund a lot was very nice the whole time.

Dr. Dupree is a great vet and his staff is amazing. We take all 7 of out animals there. They always do great work and are so kind to all our animals. I would
