The two reviews below are quite old and I want to update them, The person working in the store now is very experienced with all of the RC products offered. I have just gotten back into the RC world and found him (Kevin) to be very helpful. I have seen him several times help customers for free on their products and offer advice. I am not sure who or what used to be there but as of now 12-4-2014 this is an absolutely great place to buy your RC products with a knowledgeable sales person who actually "practices what he preaches". went in to buy some paints, i completely understand if you don't understand or have little knowledge about an item, but when i ask a question don't respond "man i just work here i don't make the paints" in addition to this rude coment he was talking to another person and after several 5 min of just standing there the other person asked me if i had a question.....i think i will find another place for my model airplane needs, which is sad because its an expensive hobby i have over 700. invested in my plane and was looking to buy another one

Upon entering the store for the first time, my wife and I found the business without any customers and a single employee sitting behind a counter. Having not received a greeting or a smile we felt a little uncomfortable being there but continued to shop anyway. Upon asking the store's employee about a particular item that we came to shop for, he replied "I don't know if we have it or not but if you don't see it hanging on the wall we probably don't have it". We spent a little more time looking and found the item ourselves. We looked around for a few minutes and when we asked about the availability of another item and whether or not the company manufacturing said item was still in business, the employee replied somewhat grufly "hell yea, they're still in business but they don't make what you're looking for". This will be my last visit to this store.
