Came in here with my mom bc she wanted a haircut. We called before to see if they accepted walkins and the man on the phone was nice and said "yes, when we can."
Disappointed to walk in and not get acknowledged. A stylist saw us and never welcomed us or told us about a wait or anything. Then some old guy, i guess the owner, came to the front desk and saw us and also never acknowledged us. We were there about 10 minutes and still ignored. Very rude and unprofessional, like what business continually ignores guests and never welcomes them?

My suggestion would be to use any hairstylist there EXCEPT meagan. I went in for an all over highlight and cut. I showed her pictures of how I wanted it. She only left the color on for about 15 / 20 minutes and never put me under the dryer. I walked out with orange hair and my cut was uneven on the left side. The next day, which was a sunday, I had to have someone come and completely redo my hair because it was so orange and there were spots in the back where she didnt even put foils in. The color was about an inch from my root as well. I do not recommend this particular stylist, however, I have heard good things about the other stylists there such as krista. The owner and meagan refused to refund me my money, and i was also threatened to be sued due to writing a review on facebook and websites where the business is listed for reviews.

Joby is the best. I wouldn't go any where else.
