Couldn't be more pleased with their quality of work and fair pricing! It's rare that I am satisfied with contractors, but they exceeded my expectations by far and I am thoroughly happy.

Our floors look amazing. Calling Carter's Hardwood floors is one of the best decisions we have ever made! They did a wonderful job on very old, stained and damaged floors. We highly recommend them! We could not be more pleased!

Quality work is difficult to come by, but Carter's Hardwood Floors is definitely the exception. They installed new hardwood floors and stained them to match beautifully to the original hardwood floors throughout the rest of our home, which is not a service the typical flooring store can offer. All our existing hardwoods were screened and turned out very nice - restored but retained the character that we wanted. They showed up on time, always cleaned up after themselves, and Jared was available throughout the entire process and politely accommodated our schedule with all the other renovations we were having done. I highly recommend these guys, and especially if you are looking for solid hardwood floors (not the engineered stuff)!

These guys sanded and refinished my wood floors and they look awesome! I'm very pleased with the way they worked and how nice they were. Also I'm very impressed that there was hardly any dust what so ever! Highly recommended thanks guys!!
