We bought a used RV on April 23 2019. It is now June 13 2019 and still no tags after repeated calls. I get excuses like "the boss was in rhe hospital" and "that person is on vacation" and found out that they FINALLY mailed the paperwork to the county tax office yesterday!

Apparently, there is only ONE person in the entire company that knows how to/has the aptitude to complete the task.

Sloppy, inattentive, uncaring after the sale service. The salespeople and the make ready person seem to be the only ones that really care.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR RV!
They mark up their parts 200% and if you complain they will keep finding things wrong. They told me my inverter was bad. I bought a new one and kept the old one and sent it back to the factory and the factory said there was nothing wron with it at all.
They do not like working on anything older than 5 -10 years old. They will not be truthful.
