I gave it a 3 star because Dr.Adams is very nice . But the staff that's a different story . My main problem is the prices of the glasses is very expensive. Not everyone can afford brand name glasses. I always have to go somewhere else to get my glasses.

The staff there has always been very helpful. The ladies at the front desk, always greet you. And the optical always explains everything in detail.



Dr. Adams makes sure your contacts are fitting properly before you ever buy boxes, and the frames are bought straight from the manufacturer, not some close out or discontinued frames. If you buy a Gucci, be assured it is legit & with warranties. They will even make an appointment to meet with the representative to see all the frames so you may find what you are looking for. Now that is service.



BossierGirl, maybe it was a holiday, and that is why they were closed for a few days. I see your post is dated New Year's Eve.... might take that into consideration.



And Biker92, You will get your money's worth from Vision 4 Less (Which is little). Check your warranty info. You have to pay extra for it there. And the frames are bought in bulk from some frame buyer from their home office. They work on commissions and sell products, not what is best for the health of your eyes. I know this because my sister worked there. Ask how many of the employess are certified....you will be surprised to know they are not...But then this is a RETAIL chain...



Anyway, I WILL be back to see Dr. Adams and his lovely staff...along with many other happy patients.

I won't be returning to this place. You'd swear the office staff was trained in the art of screwing people out of money. They were going to charge me over $200 for one pair of glasses. Good grief! They kept telling me that I would not be able to find a better price anywhere else. Yeah right... 2 pair of glasses for $99 at Vision 4 Less! Shop around before buying glasses or contacts here. The staff here is very shady.

Dr. Adam's is a good optometrist, but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are really loud, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Also, Adam's Eye Care closes early very often. They called me to tell me contacts were in at noon, but then told me that they close at 1:00 pm and would not be open again for 5 days. I'll be back to see Dr. Adams, but I won't get my contacts or glasses from that place again. There are other places much more convinent.
