The roof is wonderful! Even though it took a very long time for J3 to be able to start the work - due to weather, J3's schedule and my schedule - it was worth it. Jason was thorough and very patient and responsive in the estimation and planning process. The crew was skilled, efficient and professional. And very considerate about cleaning up. All the subs coordinated seamlessly with the work. Eduardo was wonderful to work with and was amazing at making sure every detail was taken care of in a first class manner. Highly recommend!

Very good company. Always responsive to phone calls and emails. They would show up when they said they would and did a great job. The new roofs look amazing.

I am an out of state landlord. I had to use J3 Systems for an emergency repair. They communicated with my tenant and repaired the leak as promised at a fair price. The roof has not leaked since the repair.

J3 Systems had roofed another portion of our roof over ten years ago. That roof has preformed flawlessly, and when we had solar panels installed two-and-a-half years ago, the installers commented on what great condition the roof was still in. I didn't think twice when we needed to do another part of the roof, which had been tar and gravel. Once again, the company was highly responsive in making arrangements, neat and professional in completing the work. We still have a final part of our house that will need a new roof and after some work on the decking. I won't consider anyone other than J3 Systems for the job.

start to finish J3 crew and salespeople made the entire experience straightforward and drama free. Work was done quickly and well as demonstrated by several torrential rains with absolutely 0 issues. The supervisor was always quick to answer questions and address any concerns I had. Looking forward to at least 20 yrs of a leak-free roof.

I called 5 roofing companies for estimates. J3 was one of only 2 who actually came when they said they would, and the only one who provided an estimate with several options. The work was completed when they said it would be. Then they contacted me with a mistake they caught and fixed right away. Such honesty and integrity are very rare these days and I am impressed. Lone Mountain/J3Systems provided maintenance & repair, tune-up & full roof commercial-grade fibered aluminum coating on our flat roof (3200 sq. ft.) in preparation for the sale of our home. I have no doubt that the quality of the job was influential in the sale of our home. From the office to the estimate to the roofers, everyone we worked with was outstanding -- professional, punctual, personal and honest. They prepared four options for our roof. I found Lonetree when we purchased a house with a flat roof and a TPO covering. It had been well-maintained throughout its 10-year warranty, including annual maintenance. It was the best 10-year roof I had ever seen, so I contacted them to prepare my roof for sale. They will always be my first choice for any roof work.

We needed to replace a 20+ year old tar and gravel flat roof that has refrigerated air and lots of duct work contacted running across the roof. We contacted J3 Roofing after a couple of family members recommended them. Jason presented us with several options regarding roofing materials, warranties, and prices. We decided on a silicon roof material rather than PVC - which would have been much more expensive due to all of the ducts that had to be work around. From the initial contact and quote process through the completion of work, the staff at J3 was a pleasure to work with. They were there when they said they would be, they kept me well informed of the progress, and they made sure we were completely satisfied with the roof at the end of the project. I would highly recommend J3 to anybody looking to repair or replace a roof.

Lone Mountain/J3 Systems replaced the roof on our home in Dec 2017. The management and crews were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up each day and kept us informed of the status of the projects. We could not be happier with the work and our new roof. We give Lone Mountain/J3 systems our highest recommendation.

New roof as of last November with Sikaplan 60 mil. pro ply(PVC). Everyone was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We now have a leak free slightly sloped flat roof with new skylights and drainage, a 20 year warranty on materials, ten years of free service and inspection. This replaced tar and gravel and now the house is so much cooler in this very warm spring, so I'm using our swamp cooler less. I highly recommend!!!

I have been working with Lone Mountain Roofing for longer than 12 years. They are an exception roofing Contractor. They have completed new roofs on over 20 projects for me. They are reasonable, professional, and never I have had any issues with there work.

J3 Systems replaced our skylights with energy efficient, flat glass models: added sloping insulation to the flat roof for positive drainage; and replaced the old tar and gravel roofing with a new PVC membrane roof.

Jason, Justin, the project manager, and the crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end – estimating, scheduling, communicating, and doing high quality work at a fair price. They also did a great job of dealing with the HOA, neighbors, and strict architectural guidelines in our 50-year old community, and with the added scrutiny of the state’s Cultural Properties Review Committee that oversees preservation work in communities and buildings on the State Register of Cultural Properties. I highly recommend J3 Systems.

We had J3 Systems install a PVC membrane roof in January 2018. Josh was great as we went through the estimating process. Our questions were answered completely and professionally. The actual work was completed as contracted and on a mutually agreeable schedule. It was completed in a professional manner with roofers who obviously knew what they were doing. Justin, our project manager was a joy to work with. If you called either Josh and Justin they answered, no waffling and no long delays getting back to you. It gave us confidence that the work would be done correctly and it was. Highly recommended.

The first step in the process was to strip the old roof to the deck. Almost half of the decking was rotten and needed to be replaced. Then a gradual slope material was installed, with a 60 mil PVC membrane on top.

Lone Mountain was prompt in all their dealings with me. The job was supposed to take 2-3 days, but impending rain on the eve of the second day was a problem. The size of the crew was doubled to complete the roof on the second day.

I was able to purchase upgrades for the PVC material and the maintenance warranty for a reasonable price.

I am very please with Lone Mountain J3 company and I do recommend them.

I got estimates from both Lone Mountain and BAC for a vinyl roof. The Lone Mountain estimate was 35% cheaper than that of BAC. Yet my research indicated that the reliability of roofs for these two companies was comparable. And from talking with representatives from both companies, it appears that BAC roofs may be more susceptible to hail damage than Lone Mountain roofs. This may be because of the commercial grade of vinyl which Lone Mountain uses. Anyway, I decided to go with Lone Mountain. About three weeks after the Lone Mountain crew installed my roof, Lone Mountain sent another crew to inspect my roof and ensure that the first crew did a thorough job. That was a nice touch!

Lone Mountain replaced my roof on my flat roof house with a new membrane roof. The installing crew were fully responsive and professional. They bent over backwards to see that everyting was done right and in a timely manner. It is great to not have to worry about roof leaks anymore.

They are amazing. I would 100% recommend. They were very informative, responsive, punctual, honest, and made sure that we were comfortable each step of the way.

This was a repair/upgrade to fix several leaking problems on a 17 yr. old vinyl roof that Lone Mtn. did. This upgrade has a 15yr. warranty and the guys did a good job with it. So far so good, although we've had almost no rain here over the past 9 months. Roof was done last August '17.

Very professional! Estimates were given for a variety of choices for repairs. Prices were good. Chosen repair was for parapits and work was completed in a timely manner with great consideration taken for my personal property. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend this company.

They used superior product, install was completed by a very knowledgeable and professional field crew precisely when they were scheduled to be there.
