The Heating system TCC installed in January is not working properly. I requested service on Monday, November 25, 2013 and finally received a call from their scheduler 12/20/13 but the scheduler insists they do not have anyone available until January 24th!!! upstairs zone bangs loudly when shutting off. The second and third floors cannot be heated at night due to the noise. The installation came with a yearly service visit for 3 years and a 5-year warranty but they will not respond in a reasonable time frame and have to date not even completely finished the install

I would avoid this contractor. Month ago my furnace stopped working they told me I needed a new “Circuit Board” at a cost of $600. I got a second opinion and all I needed was a $25 pressure switch. Total Climate Control, Inc. knew all that was needed was a pressure switch because the LED on the circuit board was blinking twice and the door of my furnace had a chart that read if it blinks twice it’s a pressure switch.



Total Climate Control, Inc. are crooks. I would stay away.. Jim Trombly out of Manchester was very honest and fixed the pressure switch.
